As a small team of dedicated developers, we want to provide the best chaos engineering platform for SREs, DevOps and developers to gain control. But we aim for more than this.
We want to move beyond chaos engineering; we want to create holistic resilience engineering solutions that address the real issues of building a culture of resilience and empowering everybody who builds and runs software systems.
Because resilience is a shared responsibility, we developed Steadybit as the chaos engineering platform that’s easy to use for everyone, even non-experts.

We started small, but we already helped many companies achieve remarkable results.
We’re a fully remote company where everyone has a choice of where to work from. If that choice is from home, it’s absolutely normal for us to see children, pets, or partners on-screen. That’s part of our life-first attitude. Furthermore, fostering a respectful environment should come naturally; there should be no discrimination whatsoever.

Nora Jones
With jeli.io, Nora founded a startup around learning from incidents. As an ex-Netflix chaos engineer with extensive experience, we learn from her a lot about the human factors of chaos engineering in large enterprises and the importance of building a resilience culture.
Mirko Novakovic
Mirko is a founding partner of New Forge. Previously, Mirko co-founded Germany-based codecentric AG and was the founder and CEO of Instana Inc. He supported us from day one and was a huge driver in making this thing happen. We all benefit from his experience building a startup in the tech world.
