Steadybit is Now SOC 2 Type 2 Certified
That’s right, it’s official. Steadybit is now SOC 2 Type 2 certified!
We always talk about the importance of system reliability in the context of running experiments on services and applications; assessing risks, validating failover processes, and building operational readiness.
SOC 2 Type 2 compliance is a reflection of that reliability at the organizational level.
Achieving SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance
We had to check a lot of boxes, read the fine print, and gather documentation for each audit control, but now we can celebrate achieving this new compliance standing.
Service Organization Control (SOC) audits are conducted by an independent inspector and are a universally recognized way for vendors to prove that they have strong operational processes and security safeguards in place across their organization.
Steadybit first achieved Type 1 certification a little less than a year ago, and over the last few months, we’ve been working on securing the next level, Type 2.
