Since 2019, we have been designing innovative tools to help organizations proactively find and fix potential reliability issues before they become outages.

With an HQ in Solingen, Germany; our global team of reliability experts has years of experience working with organizations to implement chaos engineering and reliability testing at scale.
We work directly with customers to make sure that they have everything they need, whether that’s developing a new extension, sharing training materials, or reviewing logs to troubleshoot an issue.
As a remote-first company, everyone has a choice of where to work from. If that choice is from home, it’s absolutely normal for us to see children, pets, or partners on-screen. That’s part of our life-first attitude. Furthermore, fostering a respectful environment should come naturally; there should be no discrimination whatsoever.

Benjamin Wilms
Benjamin is the Co-founder and CEO of Steadybit, leading a team dedicated to helping software teams build reliable, resilient systems. With over 20 years of experience, Benjamin is an expert in bringing chaos engineering into organizations. As a consultant, he worked with many chaos engineering tools, and authored the open source tool, Chaos Monkey for Spring Boot, based on the popular Netflix script. He founded Steadybit to be a reliability platform that makes it easy to actually roll out chaos engineering.
Johannes Edmeier
Johannes is the Co-founder and Principal Engineer at Steadybit, where he works closely with customers to deliver innovative features, seamless integrations, and resolve technical challenges. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering and IT consulting, including roles at codecentric AG, DEVK Versicherungen, and Provinzial Rheinland, Johannes combines deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset.

Robert Jweinat
Robert is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in strategic business initiatives across diverse industries. Renowned for fostering collaboration and a supportive work environment, Robert’s visionary approach and excellent communication skills help him align stakeholders and drive organizational success.
Nora Jones
Nora founded jeli.io and is now the Head of Product Strategy and Growth at PagerDuty following an acquisition. As an ex-Netflix chaos engineer with extensive experience, we learn from her a lot about the human factors of chaos engineering in large enterprises and the importance of building a resilience culture.
Mirko Novakovic
Mirko is the Co-Founder & CEO, Dash0, and is also a founding partner of New Forge. Previously, Mirko co-founded Germany-based codecentric AG and was the founder and CEO of Instana Inc. He supported us from day one and was a huge driver in making this thing happen. We all benefit from his experience building a startup in the tech world.
